Ordering
Who can buy from Crestova Labs?
Qualified researchers aged 21 or over, purchasing for lawful laboratory or in-vitro research. Products are not for human or veterinary use, and we may cancel orders that suggest otherwise.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (ACH), Zelle and cryptocurrency (BTC or USDC). After you place your order, we email payment instructions with your order number as the reference.
How do I use an offer code?
Codes from our offer page apply automatically when you arrive through the link. You can also type a code in the offer code field on the cart page.
How does the free accessory kit work?
With an offer code from our offer page applied, a Research Accessory Kit (sterile empty vials, alcohol swabs and a vial rack, $39 value) is added to your cart at $0 once your subtotal reaches $250. Below $250, the cart shows how much more you need.
Testing and quality
How is purity measured?
By reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection. Purity is the target peak’s area as a share of total peak area. Our release spec is 99.0% or higher.
Is the COA for my exact batch?
Yes. The batch number on your vial label matches the printed COA in your box and the row on our lab testing page.
Who does the testing?
An independent third-party analytical laboratory. We don’t release a batch on the manufacturer’s results alone.
Shipping and storage
How fast do orders ship?
Orders with cleared payment are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. US standard takes 3–5 business days and express takes 1–2.
How much is shipping?
US standard shipping is $9.95, or free on orders over $200. Express is $24.95.
How should I store lyophilised products?
At −20 °C, dry and away from light. Short-term storage at 2–8 °C is fine for up to 4 weeks. Once reconstituted for laboratory use, keep at 2–8 °C and use within 30 days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship to all 50 US states and DC.
