Shipping and returns
How we pack, ship and handle returns for research orders.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.

We currently ship to all 50 US states and DC only.
Packaging
Vials are sealed, labelled with their batch number and packed with a desiccant in a plain outer box. The printed COA for each batch is included.
Storage on arrival
Lyophilised products are stable at room temperature for the duration of transit. On arrival, store at −20 °C, dry and away from light. Short-term storage at 2–8 °C is fine for up to 4 weeks.
Returns and replacements
- Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a refund, excluding shipping.
- If an item arrives damaged, or a seal is broken, email us within 7 days with photos and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
- For quality reasons, opened vials can’t be returned.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
